My knowledge of cultural icons of any sort is quite limited. I had to use Google to figure out who Jonze is, and then it was the usual head palm ... "oh yeah! THAT Jonze!" This series makes me want to research all the subjects. The light in this one should have been my clue, but I just don't have the background to make it obvious. Your alphabet series could be my tutorial on who's who in filmaking.
And I'm looking forward each day to who will come next.
I'm with you PM - I have to look most of these up. Kiera is WAY cooler than me!
I still haven't the faintest idea what the lightbulb has to do with anything, but it's a great little artistic device.
What I want to know though Kiera, is how do you make those background colours so exciting? Whenever I go to colout in a background on white paper the white always shows through or the colour is a big flat block. What do you use for that effect?
