I couldn't get the above lyrics out of my head yesterday, and it's still bouncing around in there.

This is going to Austin James, who sent me this wonderful card when I first joined IUOMA last month. I had sent him this card, confessing that I can't relate to people through music, before receiving his music-related card that actually does relate to my life.

Just wanted to do something pretty today. No deep thinking or meaning -- just pretty!

Just put this together quickly. You can't see from this picture, but the fuzzy black things are music notes.

This is an homage to Josef Albers' color theory.  I think I've found my theme, for this week, at least. I, too, worked on this last night so it would be thoroughly dry for posting today. And truth be told, I was so anxious to get started.   (Mim)
